Esao Andrews - A fantastical painter whose art is often dark and somewhat erotic, yet with a hint of humor.
At The Ends Of The Earth Designs - Small, Norway-based design company run by Robert Høyem. While he mostly does digital art, his pen-and-ink drawings are very interesting, using a variety of line styles to convey surreal imagery.
Zdzislaw Beksinski - A master of dark surrealism, Beksinski's art remains a step above many others. This site is sponsored by The Belvedere Gallery.
Suzzan Blac - Oil painter conveying extremely gory but extremely effective art that mixes brutal detail with clean simplicity.
Stephanie Bucholz - Arizona artist and friend of mine who works mostly in acrylics and mixed media. Her art ranges anywhere from figures to landscapes to tablescapes, usually with a touch of the abstract.
Richard A. Kirk - A brilliant artist utilizing stippling to create much of his work. His super-detailed drawings are unusual and very stream-of-consciousness.
Karl Persson - Painter whose dark and sci-fi/horror-influenced work is often as disturbing as it is appealing.
John Pierro - Sculptor and pen-and-ink artist whose drawings are an interesting mix of clean lines and cross-hatching. His surreal use of the human form is also eye-catching.
Chet Zar - Sculptor and painter who's probably best known for his work with the band Tool. He's stepped away from special effects and sculpture for the most part and now has a great array of oil paintings focused on monsters of all kinds.
